Replace Hello World with a live stopwatch that prints elapsed time
in HH:MM:SS.mmm format, updating every 10ms with color output.

Requirements

Configure:

cmake -S . -B build -GNinja

Build:

ninja -C build

Run:

./build/cuber.exe
