Add a CMake module that writes rust-project.json on every configure so
rust-analyzer can resolve the no-Cargo crate layout, sysroot crates,
and proc-macro attributes without Cargo.

CMake 4.4's experimental Rust support compiles each source as its own
crate, links libraries into executables as native .lib inputs instead
of --extern, and has no proc-macro crate type. Keep direct rustc.

Add a busy-wait sleep on a monotonic clock and re-export String,
format!, and Duration from the library. The example animates a
progress bar with a spinner and logs each step in a Vec<String>.

Add an alloc-backed common library with direct platform I/O.
Build a host attribute macro for async entry points and keep runtime
boilerplate outside application code. Compile the library, macro, and
example directly with rustc through CMake.

Add a minimal no-core Rust executable built by invoking rustc directly from CMake.
The project avoids Cargo and Rust core, alloc, and std, writes to stdout
through platform APIs, and supports optimized Ninja release builds.
