DirectSound: Updates to how shared mode is handled.

Browse Source 
* Return MAL_SHARE_MODE_NOT_SUPPORTED if SetCooperativeLevel fails.
* Always fail with MAL_SHARE_MODE_NOT_SUPPORTED if exclusive mode is
  requested for capture.
